We had a clogged kitchen sink. Rene came in quickly unclogged the sink and got the job done in a professional manner. I appreciated that he did not try to tell me that we needed to update our whole plumbing system or have work done that was not necessary. ( like the $89 any drain company that wanted to charge me $399 for one sink) Empire Plumbing Systems will be our go to plumber from now on!

Had a kitchen faucet replaced and he not only had to be a contortionist under the sink, with a small space to work in, he had the challenge of getting a siezed bolt off of the original faucet (caused by our hard water. Rene was awesome! I called earlier today to request a drain clean at any point this week (not an emergency). He said he could swing by as early as the next day in the afternoon but contacted me later the same day asking if I was available for him to come a day early! I was and he arrived, handled the clog within minutes, and explained the warranty. Absolutely a life saver and I will be calling the company for any future issues.

Our 12 yr old water heater stopped working without notice on a cold winter morning, not an inviting time for a cold shower. We had been planning to get a tankless water heater and had researched several companies and found Empire Plumbing Solutions (Rene Perez) would be our choice. Learned a family member and also a nearby neighbor had also used EPS for same service. I called, spoke with Rene and he came out same day to look at our needs. He even tried to do a temp lighting of our old water heater so we could have hot water but the tank was totally inoperative. Within day and half he brought new tankless system, removed our old tank, did modifications to gas and water lines as needed and we had hot water as soon as he was done. I found him very honest, fully informative and meticulous doing the high quality installation of our system. He answered all questions, fully explained what to expect with honest answers, and could not have been more professional. We fully recommend EPS and Rene Perez to anyone considering a tankless system which allows continuous hot water when dishwasher, washing machine, and several showers are in operation at the same time... Amazing experience.

I got quotes from 5 different plumbers ranging from 5k-12k, all with different diagnoses. Rene came out and diagnosed the issue right away (slab leak), ran some tests and confirmed it was that issue. He fixed it soon after and invoiced me for a fraction of what I was quoted from other plumbers.
