"Our 12 yr old water heater stopped working without notice on a cold winter morning, not an inviting time for a cold shower. We had been planning to get a tankless water heater and had researched several companies and found Empire Plumbing Solutions (Rene Perez) would be our choice. Learned a family member and also a nearby neighbor had also used EPS for same service. I called, spoke with Rene and he came out same day to look at our needs. He even tried to do a temp lighting of our old water heater so we could have hot water but the tank was totally inoperative. Within day and half he brought new tankless system, removed our old tank, did modifications to gas and water lines as needed and we had hot water as soon as he was done. I found him very honest, fully informative and meticulous doing the high quality installation of our system. He answered all questions, fully explained what to expect with honest answers, and could not have been more professional. We fully recommend EPS and Rene Perez to anyone considering a tankless system which allows continuous hot water when dishwasher, washing machine, and several showers are in operation at the same time...
